Solution

Here are the steps for reverting to default settings:

  1. Close DraftSight
  2. Open Windows Explorer and browse to:
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\DraftSight\<version number>
  3. Right-click on the Profiles folder and choose "Rename" and append -OLD to change the entry to Profiles-OLD

Draftsight Profiles folder highlighted in Explorer
  4. Restart DraftSight and check if the issue still occurs
  5. If renaming the Profiles folder did not fix the issue, browse to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming and rename the DraftSight folder similar to the steps above
