Solution

Here are the steps for reverting to default settings:

  1.  Close DraftSight
  2. Open Windows Explorer and browse to
    • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\DraftSight\<version number>
  3. Right-click on the Profiles folder and choose "Rename", append -OLD to change the entry to Profiles-OLD.

  4. Restart DraftSight and check if the issue still occurs.
  5. If renaming the Profiles folder did not fix the issue, browse to:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming and rename the DraftSight folder.

  6. The issue should no longer occur.
