Problem
This article goes over how to set the DraftSight default Print Style to Monochrome so it prints in Black & White.
Solution
- Open DraftSight
-
Select the DS icon in the far upper left corner to show the File menu, choose Options, or type “options” into the command line
- Go to System Options > Printing > Default Settings
- Change the Default type dropdown to "Use color-dependent print styles"
-
Change the Default PrintStyle dropdown to "Monochrome.ctb" and hit "OK"
-
The default print style is now Monochrome when going to print a file
