Hawk Ridge Systems has two different logins: one for the Main Website Store, and one for the Support Website. This article goes over both of them.

Click the person icon at the top right to log in to the website store. This website allows customers to do the following:
- Sign up for training classes
- Purchase Licenses
- Browse products
- Order 3D Printing material
Support Login
On our main website, click the Support dropdown to access the different support-related sections. Click on "Knowledge Base" or "Submit a Ticket" to switch over to the Support site where you can log in.
When in the Knowledge Base, click on "Sign in" to log in to the support site.

This website allows customers to do the following:
- Start a chat with support
- Open new tickets and reply to current ones
- View your case history
- Elite Customers can schedule Ask an Expert Sessions
- Connect with our Services Team
