Exporting SQL Databases
The database holds the metadata associated with the files in the vault. Additionally, they contain the settings configured through the Administration tool. In many cases, Hawk Ridge Systems Technical Support may request a database backup when an issue appears to be vault-specific and cannot be reproduced in a test vault.
