Problem

SW_D exited with status 53 (Incorrect value for the environment variable LM_BINDING_AGENT)
This is caused by a missing Microsoft prerequisite component. The components that are missing, or in rare cases corrupted, are the 32-bit (displays as X86) and 64-bit Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 components.

Solution 1: Install Missing C++ Components
- Open the License Server Machine
- Download the missing C++ Components here:
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center - Run the downloaded Exe files to install them on the Server
- Retest the issue
