Solution 2: Obtaining the Log File Directly

  1. Go to the server machine where the SolidNetWork License Manager is hosted.
  2. Open File Explorer and navigate to the log file. By default, the directory is
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SolidNetWork License Manager". However, if you have a custom directory for the license manager, please locate it there
  3.  Locate "SNL_Manager_install_dir\lmgrd.log" in the SolidNetWork License Manager folder
  4. Open the file in any text file editor
