Welcome to Hawk Ridge Systems Getting Started with SOLIDWORKS OEM. This page contains information on SOLIDWORKS OEM installations. SOLIDWORKS OEM is the same CAD platform as the Commercial instance of SOLIDWORKS. It is the OEM level license/Serial number that dictates the allowed functions. Regardless of the OEM license level, the installation file set and licensing process are the same as the Commercial instance of SOLIDWORKS.
1. SOLIDWORKS OEM software download: The SOLIDWORKS software can also be downloaded using the instructions provided in the link below.

2. There are two types of SOLIDWORKS licenses, Network and Standalone.

- If you have a SOLIDWORKS OEM Network license you will need to install the SolidNetWork License Manager on your server first and then install SOLIDWORKS clients. Please see the links below for detailed instructions on setting up your license server and SOLIDWORKS clients.
