Problem
When SOLIDWORKS launches, users with CustomTools will be prompted by CustomTools to log in. This article goes over what the login is.
Solution
The gray name above the Login box is the name of the database the CustomTools client is attempting to log into. If it's blank, there is no database configured. Otherwise, the default login account is Admin with no password.
For additional support, existing customers can submit a ticket or new customers can contact Hawk Ridge Systems.
