When the "Remember me" option is checked the user name and password are stored in the client computer's registry under the current user's settings.
To restore the login screen these values must be cleared.
NOTE: BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN CHANGING ANYTHING IN THE WINDOWS REGISTRY. A MISTAKE HERE COULD RENDER THE PC INOPERABLE.
1) Open the Windows Registry (regedit.exe)
2) Navigate to this folder:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ATR Soft\CustomTools\2015\Databases\<DB server name>\<database name>\
<DB server name> will be your SQL server name
<database name> will be your CustomTools database name
3) At a minimum clear the value for the "Last Logged Hash" key. This is the password in an encrypted format.
4) Optionally clear the "Last Logged User" value if you don't want to see that user name pre-populated.
5) Close the Registry Editor.
