Knapheide Onboarding Program

Welcome to the Knapheide Manufacturing Onboarding Program!

Over the next few weeks you'll be attending multiple online SOLIDWORKS classes as part of your onboarding, starting with SOLIDWORKS Essentials. 

The SOLIDWORKS classes are instructor led and begin at either 5AM, 9AM, or 1PM Pacific Time (7AM / 11AM / 3PM Central Time) and run for 3 hours per day.  Be sure to check your class schedule to ensure you arrive on time!

In addition to your online classes, we've set aside assignments for each day to reinforce and promote your learning. These assignments do not have any live instruction, but do include tutorials inside of SOLIDWORKS, exercises from the course manuals, videos on YouTube, video lessons on SolidProfessor.com, daily quizzes, along with certification review and prep. You'll also be given time to take specified SOLIDWORKS Certification exams. 

To ensure you are fully prepared for class, be sure to check out the Getting Started: Instructor-led Training at Hawk Ridge Systems – Hawk Ridge Systems guide.  Please plan to use the Virtual Desktop during classes, which allows you to skip the training files & templates portion of setup.

Assignments are setup by day for 5AM - 5PM Pacific Time but may be completed at any time if you are unable to finish on the set day.  Simply view your past courses to see previous days assignments.

NOTE: There are a few non-live-instruction days included in the program as listed below.  These days are for you to prepare for class, work on exams, or review materials.
