This Getting Started guide will walk you through everything you need to do before your first day. Follow the steps below in order and click each title for detailed instructions.

You must complete Steps 1–4 before the first day of class. If these steps aren’t completed, you may be asked to reschedule so the class can stay on track.

Pre-Class Setup Steps

1. Access Your SolidProfessor Account
Log in and confirm your account is active.

2. Access Your eBook
Available one week before your class start date.

3. Download Class Templates & File Sets
(Required only if you’re using your own software license.)

4. Check Technical Requirements
Ensure your system meets all requirements for a smooth experience.

Join the Virtual Classroom
Follow the instructions provided (see Path 2 if your account has already been activated).
