Activating Your Account on the Virtual Training Platform

The Virtual Training platform is where all of our live, instructor-led training courses are hosted. This article will cover how to set up your account before the first day of class.

Account Set-up

  1. Visit Training.Hawkridgesys.com
  2. Enter the email that you used to register for class and select Forget Password
    • This will prompt any email from training@hawkridgesys.com with a “Reset Password” Link
  3. Open the email and select Activate Account
  4. Enter your email, create your password and click Reset Password
  5. Once logged in, you will be able to view your upcoming course(s)
