Blank Context Menu On Multimonitor Setups

A partially or fully blank context menu (right click menu) is an issue that some users encounter when their environment consists of multiple monitors.

This is due to a known bug in SPR# 654616 - "Expandable/right click/context/RMB menus are shown blank if they cross monitor boundary in vertical dual monitor configuration".  In addition, this will only occur if the monitor that SolidWorks is on is lower than the primary monitor.

For further clarification of this bug, please see the screenshot below.  Note that "Monitor 1" (the monitor SolidWorks is on) is below "Monitor 2" (the primary monitor) from the "Screen Resolution" window.

There are two ways to work around this issue:

1. Change the location of the monitors within the "Screen Resolution" window so that the SolidWorks monitor is above the primary monitor.

2. Make the monitor that SolidWorks is on the primary monitor from the "Screen Resolution" window by checking the option "Make this my main display".
