SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal Gauge Table Error: There is no table in the selection list

Problem

This article goes over how to resolve the SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal Gauge Table error: "There is no table in the selection list. Please browse the gauge tables location". This error is caused by SOLIDWORKS not being pointed to the Sheet Metal Gauge Table file location.

Solution

  1. Open SOLIDWORKS
  2. Navigate to Options > System Options > File Locations

  3. Change the dropdown to "Sheet Metal Gauge Table" and click the "Add" button to add the location of the folder that contains the Gauge Table and click "OK". The default location is: 
    C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp \SOLIDWORKS\lang\english\sheet metal gauge tables

  4. Attempt to use a Sheet Metal Gauge Table again
