Accessing a DS Graphics Training eBook via the Web Viewer

To access your eBook, you will activate an account with the same email address that you used when registering for class.

eBooks are available approximately 1 week prior to the class start date.  If you need to access it sooner, please email us at training@hawkridgesys.com.  eBooks are accessible for a minimum of 4 years from the publishing date, after which DS Graphics will continue to support older versions as possible.

If you are registered for DriveWorks, CAM 3 Axis, CAM 4 & 5 Axis, or CAM Mill-Turn, disregard this article.  eBooks for these classes can be found as PDFs on the course page under "Resources" in Solidprofessor.

NOTE: eBooks CANNOT be printed or accessed via a VPN/remote access.  Hard copies are available at an additional cost by request only.  To request a quote for a hard copy, please email training@hawkridgesys.com

1. Visit: https://webviewer.dsgsafe.com/
        *Tip: Bookmark this page for quick access, you will revisit it often.
2. Click “Forgot Password” to activate your account:
   
3. Input your email address, fill out the Captcha, and click Submit.
         *Note: You MUST use the same email address you used during training registration/the email address at which you have received training confirmation emails.
   **The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least two of the following:
   one special character (ex. !, @, $)
   one digit (‘0’ - ‘9’)
   one lowercase letter (‘a’ - ‘z’)
   one uppercase letter (‘A’ - ‘Z’)
   Example Password: Name12345!
    
4. Locate the email with subject line “SOLIDWORKS eBook Viewer – Confirmation Number” from admin@dsgsafe.com and copy the six-digit confirmation number.
5. Return to the webpage, input the confirmation number, create a new password, and click Submit.
6. Once logged in, locate the correct eBook by course title.  If you have taken other courses, previous eBooks may be listed here as well:
   
7. Click the title of the eBook to open it in a new browser.
