Reinsert Section View Label After Deletion

When a user has accidentally deleted a section view label from a drawing, the section view label can be reinserted without having to recreate the view.

Within the drawing, right-click the section view that the label was deleted from and select "Add View Label." This fix is applicable to all SOLIDWORKS versions with Drawings.
