Problem
This article goes over how to resolve the DriveWorks Live error "Session Limit Reached" when attempting to log in to DriveWorks Live. This error indicates that the maximum number of users are logged in to DriveWorks Live.
Solution
Have users log off DriveWorks Live, or have the Administrator end the user's sessions through Session Management, as this help file goes over: Session Management (DriveWorks Documentation)
In DriveWorks 2023 and older, the list of logged-in users can also be viewed by looking at the Connections following this help file: Connections (DriveWorks Documentation)
For DriveWorks 2024 and newer, review this help file on DriveWorks Live licensing: Licensing DriveWorks Live
Note: When a browser is closed without logging out, a 5-minute timeout is started. After 5 minutes, the license will be released. This timeout value can be changed in the web.config file, as this help file goes over:
How To: Extend the Timeout In DriveWorks Live (KB12121020) (DriveWorks Documentation)
