Troubleshooting licensing issues, use the server log file.
When you want to troubleshoot Server license file, you have to open CWFlexServerLog.log file which is saved in folder \\CAMWorksFlexLM\. When you open this file you have to go to the end of this file and check for the possible errors which had occurred in the current session. Some errors are mentioned in the form of error code which are sometimes difficulty to analyze and even we take the help of our development team to figure out the problem. Attached is the server log code error list.
