Solution
SOLIDWORKS requires Microsoft Excel to be installed for the following to function:
- Design Tables
- Sheet Metal Bend Tables
- Sheet Metal Gauge Tables
- Excel-based Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Editing Excel Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) Objects
