How to View SOLIDWORKS Licensing Information with MyProducts

Problem

This article is intended for SOLIDWORKS administrators looking to review SOLIDWORKS licenses associated with your organization. This tool is only capable of viewing licenses and product activations; it cannot remotely change the license status of any item.

Solution

Access to MyProducts requires the Security Administrator role for your organization in the DSXClient. This article goes over how to gain access to this role: How to Access SOLIDWORKS Subscription Service Benefits and create a 3DEXPERIENCE ID – Hawk Ridge Systems

If you have trouble gaining access to the Security Administrator role for your organization, contact Technical Support.

With the Security Administrator role granted, log in to this SOLIDWORKS website to access MyProducts: https://myproducts.solidworks.com/

Within MyProducts, the following can be performed:

  1. View all products that contain a unique serial number
