Weldment cut lists contain a lot of useful information such as the length, angle, and material by default. Additional properties can manually be added in as well. However, if these additional properties are used every time a particular weldment profile is used, they can be brought in automatically by editing the custom properties of the weldment profile. To do this:
- Open up the weldment profile and edit the custom properties. Add in the custom property name as well as a Value/Text Expression if necessary. Then save the weldment profile.
- Create a weldment from the weldment profile that was just saved. Then go to the properties to view the cut list properties.
- The custom weldment cut list property will appear.
Note that these custom cut list properties will only be brought in the first time the weldment is created, so any additional properties added after the weldment is created will not appear.
