Recreating Default SolidWorks Templates

To have SolidWorks regenerate the default templates:

Browse to "Tools->Options->File Locations" and make sure the drop down bar says "Document Templates"
Navigate to these locations within Windows Explorer and make sure they don't have any template files (.prtdot, .asmdot, .drwdot)
Reopen SolidWorks
