Problem
This article goes over the issue where the Section View plane cannot be moved using the Arrows in the graphics area while editing the Section View.
Users may experience an issue where they are not able to move the Section View plane location by dragging the arrows in the graphics area. This is due to the precision that is defined in System Options under Spin Box Increments.
Solution
To resolve this issue, navigate to Tools > Options > System Options > Spin Box Increments and lower the value for the Length increments, then click "OK". For smaller models, try lowering this value so that the section plane moves by smaller increments.
