Problem
This article goes over the SOLIDWORKS 2022 Pack and Go Rename issue that is documented with SPR 1228145. This issue is fixed starting in SOLIDWORKS 2022 SP3 and does not affect newer versions of SOLIDWORKS.
In Pack and Go, the issue is that files are not included in the zipped files or in the new location if they are renamed using "Select/Replace" or from the "New Filename" column.
Solution
Upgrade to SOLIDWORKS 2022 SP3 or newer to get the fix for this bug. We recommend upgrading to at least 2022 SP5, as SP5 is the last Service Pack of that year.
