How to Uninstall DriveWorks Solo

Problem

This article goes over how to uninstall DriveWorks Solo. This is recommended before installing a new Major Version or Service Pack. Before uninstalling DriveWorks Solo, make sure to deactivate the license by following the steps in this article: How to deactivate DriveWorks Solo with Return License – Hawk Ridge Systems

Solution

  1. Open Control Panel

  2. Select "Programs and Features"

    Select Programs and Features

  3. Find DriveWorks in the list of programs and right-click it to select "Uninstall"

    Select Driveworks to uninstall

  4. Click "Yes" for the prompt about uninstalling

    Click Yes to uninstall
  5. DriveWorks will now uninstall

For additional support, existing customers can submit a ticket or new customers can contact Hawk Ridge Systems.
