Restoring Missing Property Manager Tab

Problem

This article describes the process of finding and adding back a missing Property Manager Tab. Sometimes this tab can be dragged off-screen and appear missing at the top of your Feature Manager Tree.

Solution

  1. Open SOLIDWORKS

  2. Go to View > Workspace and check "Widescreen". This will adjust the size of the SOLIDWORKS window as if it were on a larger monitor, which can reveal windows possibly hidden off-screen on the default display.

  3. Drag the Property Manager Tab and reattach it to the top of the Feature Tree

  4. Once the Property Manager Tab has been restored, go back to View > Workspace, and select "default display" to exit widescreen mode
