How to Release a SOLIDWORKS Visualize Boost Network License

Problem

This article goes over how to release a SOLIDWORKS Visualize Boost license when it does not release from the license manager when the license is no longer in use.

Solution

In the Windows Search Bar, type 'Services' to open Services
Scroll down and look for 'SWVisualize20XX.BoostService ', where XX is the specific version used
Right-click on it to select Properties
In Properties, click the "Stop" button to stop the service
Restart the computer and check if the license has been released
