This article outlines the difference between the Permissions per Folder and the Assigned Folder Permissions Tabs in PDM Administration Tool.

Within this tab we see "all the folders" in the Vault. Here we can assign permissions to folders, that users/groups currently have no permissions to.

This tab will only show the folders that a user/group has been assigned permissions. Modifications to existing folders can be made on this tab.
