Fix Windows issues that prevent a SOLIDWORKS install

When you are installing SOLIDWORKS, even after you have disabled antivirus and UAC; you may sometimes experience constant reboots or the Installation Wizard will hang without any visible errors.  This can be caused by corrupted Windows Installer files and/or Windows Update issues. In some cases your Installation Log will also include a generic failed MSI install line.

Please use the following two Microsoft tools to trouble shoot this.
