Fix Windows issues that prevent a SOLIDWORKS install

Problem

When installing SOLIDWORKS, even after antivirus and UAC have been disabled, sometimes there are constant Computer Reboots or the Installation Wizard will hang without any visible errors. This can be caused by corrupted Windows Installer files and/or Windows Update issues. In some cases, the Installation Log will also include a generic failed MSI install line.
