Problem

This article goes over how to reset the Settings for CircuitWorks. The settings are stored in a file called "ecadoptAdmin.xml" that is located in: C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\CircuitWorks.

Solution

1. Close all applications, including SOLIDWORKS
2. Navigate to: C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\CircuitWorks
3. Select the file called "ecadoptAdmin.xml"
4. Delete or rename this file to reset the settings
5. Open CircuitWorks to confirm the reset to Default Settings
