Inside SOLIDWORKS, open a Part or Assembly file, and turn the Simulation Add-in on from the SOLIDWORKS Add-ins tab in the Command Manager or by going to Tools>Add-ins.

With the Simulation Add-in turned on, the Simulation Tutorial, Verification Problems, NAFEMS Benchmarks, and Simulation Technical PDFs can be accessed from the help dropdown at the top right (question mark icon).
