Solution

1. To install or upgrade SOLIDWORKS Electrical in a standalone configuration (all program components are on the same computer), please refer to the links below for instructions:

2. To install or upgrade SOLIDWORKS Electrical in a client-server configuration (a server computer hosts the program data, collaborative server and SQL server, while each client computer hosts the user application), please refer to the links below for instructions:

3. When using a Network license, the SolidNetwork License Manager will need to be installed or upgraded to allow the SOLIDWORKS Electrical user to obtain a license and run. Please refer to the following link for instructions: SOLIDWORKS SNL Server Installation Guide
