When you first purchase a license to access 3DExperience, there are a few preliminary steps that must be taken before access is granted. First, the terms and conditions must be accepted through the CLOSA agreement. Then the company Administrator must activate the platform via unique email link. We recommend to bookmark this link for ease of future use. Once these steps are completed please reach out to our Technical Support team to schedule an onboarding session. This session is a one on one meeting with one of our applications engineers to help introduce the tools and functionality you now have access to within the 3DExperience Platform.
