This article covers the process for accessing an instructor-led training class through the Virtual Training Platform each day of your training. All classes are hosted through Zoom and we recommend downloading the Zoom app for the best experience.
1. Visit training.hawkridgesys.com and login.
2. Find your active course and click "Resume" or "View":
3. Click "Join Virtual Classroom" (Only available during class hours):
4. If you have the Zoom app, the following popup will appear. Select "Open"
If you do NOT have the Zoom app, click the "Join from your Browser" link as seen below:
5. If prompted, click "Join with computer audio" or select your custom audio settings.
6. You will then be placed in the waiting room and the instructor will admit you into class shortly.
