This article describes how to restart the PDM client without rebooting the machine.
- Open the Task Manager. You can get here with a right click on the bottom of the screen> task manager, Cntrl+Shift+Esc, or Ctrl+Alt+Delete> Task Manager
- If your Task Manager is in the small format, click the 'more details' button to expand, then go to the details tab.
- End the following processes:
ViewServer.exe (if it is running)
- Go to File> Run new task> explorer> OK
Now go ahead and try to access the vault again.
