In previous years, DraftSight Free and Professional users did not receive many installations and activation assistance. Instead, they needed to go through the DraftSight Community forum. Starting with DraftSight 2019 SP0, all users are entitled to installation and activation support.
However, installation and activation support for the following products are only through email. Please contact the following emails for their respective products.
- DraftSight Standard: DraftSight.Standard.Online@3ds.com
- DraftSight Professional: DraftSight.Professional.Online@3ds.com
- DraftSight Premium: DraftSight.Premium.Online@3ds.com
For functionality support, Standard, Professional, and Premium users will need to go through the DraftSight Community.
