Setting Custom Property Values To Be The Same On All Sheets

Starting in SOLIDWORKS 2016, there is a new document property option to “Use custom property values from this sheet on all sheets.”

With this option turned on, all sheets will be gathering custom property information from a specified sheet. 

This option is found in the drawing document properties under Tool > Options > Document Properties > Drawing Sheets > “Use custom property values from this sheet on all sheets. 

We can also turn off this option for certain sheets in the drawing. To do this, right click in an empty area on the sheet and click Properties. This will bring up the sheet properties where we can uncheck the option “Same as sheet specified in Document Properties.”
