This could happen if there are products on a different service pack. Please try the following:
1. Open your Control Panel > Programs and Features and look for multiple service packs of the same version of SOLIDWORKS. For example, you may see SOLIDWORKS 2015 SP0 and 2015 SP1.1.
2. If you see multiple service packs of the same version listed, choose uninstall but DO NOT proceed with the removal of the software. This will open up the SOLIDWORKS Installation Manager so we can identify the product(s) that we need to update. Identify the product(s) that are not on the latest service pack (2015 SP1.1 in this example) and exit out of the Installation Manager.
3. Modify the latest service pack of SOLIDWORKS from the Control Panel and select the product(s) to update.
4. Once all products have been updated to latest service pack of SOLIDWORKS, modify the installation again to add the VaultAdmin. You can find instructions for adding the VaultAdmin tool here.
