SolidWorks uses what is called an SPR # (Software Performance Report). This is essentially a Bug Tracking Number that is issued by SolidWorks. The number issued is used by the end customer or Hawk Ridge Personnel to help track the issue online.
You can track this SPR by doing these steps:
1.) Go to www.solidworks.com
2.) Pick Login along the top of the screen
3.) Login to the customer portal
5.) Look under Technical Support on the left side
6.) Press My SPR (Bugs)
A list of SPRs will be shown a list of SPRs if you have any.
